Looking at the original news about the meeting, it looks like it was just intended to be some sort of meet up, not actually an official fatwa deliberation. It would seem very strange, I think, if Mr. Idris Marzuki, who is chief administrator of the school, did not know Mr. Haroen at all. There’s another interesting twist to this story.
