Terrorists bound for Mecca?
Kompas reports that would-be pilgrims Mimin Mutarsih and Sukisno from Subang, West Java, who were about to depart to Saudi Arabia on the Hajj, were caught by airport immigration officers as they tried to bring along dangerous articles such as nails, hammer, scissors, paper cutter and plastic ropes onboard the plane.
Asian terrorists are now targeting their own muslim brethren as they embark on the annual Hajj pilgrimage season in Mecca? They might be planning to:
- Hijack the Saudi Airlines flight and ram it all the way through the Holy Mosque
- Hijack the Saudi Airlines flight and ram it all the way through the other Holy Mosque in Medina
- Use the dangerous items for the stoning ritual at Aqaba, because they know the devil and really can’t stand him
- Take an entire plane hostage and demand $25 million ransom
It’s none of the above, says the report, as the pilgrims were apparently going to erect drying racks for their laundry during the 40 days they will spend at the holy land.
